information, a chronology and book summaries (both Howard's and other

Waygate (Robert Jordan)
An obsessively complete fan-maintained
site on Robert Jordan's Wheel of
Time series, with a huge FAQ, an "Old Tongue"
dictionary and lots of detailed analysis of the books. Not enough,

James Patrick Kelly
Primarily a science fiction writer, the author of Think
Like a Dinosaur also writes fantasy shorts. A warm, chatty

Author of the Celtic-based Deverry fantasies, a
handful of Science Fiction novels and more than a handful interesting

site at Darktower IV to celebrate the release of

Katherine Kurtz
A fan has put together a fair page for fans of the
Deryni author, and you can managed a bit of
discussion at alt.books.deryni.
Mercedes Lackey Information Center
Mostly Lackey-related links and fan information, but very thorough for
that and a good resource for the members of "Queen's Own." (Fan
maintained.) The Heraldic Circle, a Mercedes
Lackey webring, is a good way to scan other fan sites.
Stephen Lawhead
The UnOfficial
Stephen R. Lawhead Page has a biography, a bibliography and good
summaries of several of the popular Arthurian author's books, while the Official
Mailing List provides a spot for discussion.

This archive is an excellent and comprehensive tribute page to one of the
grand masters of horror, organized by subject (biography,

Angus MacDonald
SF writer and co-host of "Head Space",
the weekly online SF discussion at HotWired, his site includes full
reprints of three previously published SF stories.

McCaffrey
Publisher Del Ray has both an author page and a Pern
page, both of which are quite good, while WWWebguides has a good bio, biblo and FAQ. There's also the the
al.fan.pern FAQ for Dragonrider fans, and
the Pern Web Ring for the truly obsessed. The author's
own homepage, Dragon Underhold, seems to have gone missing.

A writer of "mostly science fiction" (including Murder

Terry Pratchett
The L-Space Web is beautifully done and almost as
funny as Pratchett himself. All the usual information (including
annotations for Americans) from the folks of alt.fan.pratchett. True believers should
stop by the newsletter, Discworld
Monthly. A Discworld Webring has also sprung up.
