Here are the things I used to made the above Tag..

I have included everything in a zip..DOWNLOAD HERE

.

I know it will not come out exactly the same but I will try to give instructions on how to make this tag..

Plugin Filters Used=

Eyecand -Swirl

Gregs Factory Output-Poolshadow.

.

Open a new image 300X300 White backround..

Go to your Sidebar and click on The Paint can (floodFill)

Floodfill with aqua

Click on Picture Tube on your sidebar

Insert RoseBudGreenLg.tub into center of Image

Scale Size to 130%

Click on Image on your Taskbar..

Then Plug-Ins Filters

Then click on Gregs Filter-Pool Shadow..

Adjust poolshadow Intersity & Lightness only,

Click ok..

Click on your Picture Tube on your sidebar and insert

WomanVic.tub

Scale at 100 %

Go up to your TaskBar and click on Mask..

Then on View Mask then on Load From Disk.. Find your Boarder4.msk

click on it.

Go back up to mask and click on Invert..

Now go up to Layers on your TaskBar and click on

Merge - then on Merge All (flatten)

Go to your sidebar click on the Paint Can,

floodfill the white area of the image with Aqua,

Click on your Magic Wand   on the sidebar..

And bring it into the Aqua area of your image

Click so you now have your Marching Ants..

Go up to Image then Plug-In Filters..

then to EyeCandy-Swirl

Open and scroll the little Box till you come to Halva,

then click on your Check Mark in the right upper corner.

Now Repeat The Gregs PoolShadow,

Click on Image on your Taskbar..

Then Plug-Ins Filters

Then click on Gregs Filter-Pool Shadow..

Adjust poolshadow Intersity & Lightness only,

Click ok..

Add Gems to her Hair and and Earrings

Go to your sidebar and click on Picture Tube..

Find your GembutGrn.tub

resize to Scale 29% and add to her hair

Scale to 19% for her Earrings

Now go scroll and find the

StarGreen.tub

Scale to 29%

Insert into the middle of the Gems

and to the last gem in the earring

Scale it to 16% for the earring..

Add some StarGreen.tub around your Image.

.

Now go up to Image then Add border

Check the Symmetric box

then type in 20 in the box that says top

All will be 20 now..

Now we will add the Frame..

Go up to layers on the Taskbar

click new.. when the window opens click OK..

Now go to your sidebar and click on Tube selection

now find your FrameAqua.tub

and Center it in the image..

Now go to the Deformation tool (on top of the crop tool)

on the sidebar, click on it..

Now go to your image and you will see a line

around the center of your image

take your cursor and put it on the little tiny boxes on this line..

your cursor will now become a double sided arrow,

Stretch the frame to the outer border of you image..

Now double click in the center of your image..

A little window will open saying

Appy Deformation?

Click yes..

Now go up to Image then Merge and then click on

Merge visible

Your Tag is now finished..

Every Tag that is made will be a little different.. so it will be your Original..  :-)

If you like you can add the RoseGreen.tub somewhere on your Image.

Also you may buttonize it for a different effect..
