Step 1: Open a new paint sheet and make sure that the background is transparent.
Next, there is a shape tool at the bottom right corner and it looks like this
Step 2: Select the CIRCLE Shape.
Step 3: Using your circle tool, make a circle.
.
Step 4: Open Paint Shop Pro Animation Shop
Step 5: Before you open the animation wized, make sure to go ahead and save the circle as whatever you want to name it and then go to the animation wizard.
.
Step 6: Go to the animation wizard and just keep clicking next until it brings up a box that looks like this
(The button doesnt exactly look like this but you get the idea)
.
Step 7: Find the folder where you saved your picture and add that image.
(Itll open it up and let you add frames to your picture).
.
Step 8: Start making smaller circles and make it look like a target, and after you make each circle, copy and paste it to the animation shop into a new frame.
.
Step 9: When you decided to add something if its falling, make it start out really big and then keep resizing it and make it smnaller so it gives it a dropping effect, and then get a splattered object and if its really big, resize it too, and then make another frame and put it on there with the target.
.
P.S. Don't forget to save your animation when you are done!!!!
