I really don't know what to call this but I was playing around and thought it was neat enough to create a tute.

Can someone please name this tute?? LOL

1: Open a new image 425x425 Transparent (Lots of room)
2: Click on Shapes tool and select ellipse:


3: Make an ellipse in your new image from left to right:


4: Click copy, then paste as a new layer. 


5: Click Image then Rotate using these settings:


6: Copy and Paste to a new layer again.


7: Click Image then Rotate with your settings as shown:


8: Click copy then paste to a new layer. 

Go to Image, Mirror and you should have this:


9: Merge all visible layers .


Decorate as you wish :o)
You can really do some cool things with this by changing the size of your ellipses!
