 Midis Updated 02.26.99
 I'm Back! I've been having troubles with Fortune City
for the past few months, and now I'm finally able to update my site after being forced to let it become stale for three
months. Although I spent most of my time changing my main site, I have added several
MIDIs here, as well as a few other features.
I have learned through another source that several sites,
offering free MIDIs, have been forced to shut down for distributing copyrighted material, and one site owner has been sued for distributing
commercially copyrighted midi files. I do not intend to shut down Spiff's Alternative Midi World, but I also do not want to be sued for
pursuing a hobby, so please read my disclaimer:

Well, I've finally gotten around to changing the question of the moment. Here's the results to the question, "What is your favorite
Smashing Pumpkins album?":
15% liked Gish; 21% liked Siamese Dream; 3% liked Pisces Iscariot; 29% liked Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness; 6% liked The Aeroplane Flies High; and 25% liked Adore. And here's the new question of the moment: Spiff's Alternative Midi World finally won an award. It only took two years for this site to finally be recognized! Doh! Not only did I win an award, but I won two awards. Thanks to Stacie's Designs and Kids Place for the awards, and for being the first to recognize Spiff's Alternative Midi World. It's New! It's Improved! It's the all new Spiff's Alternative Midi World! Besides having an all new look, I've also taken an unnecessarily extensive amount of time to listen closely to each and every midi in my archive in order to give each one the number of stars that I believe it deserves (  ). Since these scores are just
my opinion they will probably mean nothing to you, but the stars are neat to look at anyway!
Someone finally sent me Clumsy by Our Lady Peace. I've been looking for this midi for several months now, and finally my search is over thanks to Corey Drover. If you have a midi that I don't have here, and that would be appropriate on my page please send it to me. Please make sure that if by sending the file to me you are not violating any copyright laws.
