Fantasy Fudge

3 cups sugar
3/4 cup margarine
2/3 cup (6 oz) evaporated milk
2 - 6 oz. packages semi-sweet chocolate
2 cups (7oz) Kraft marshmallow Creme
1 cup chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine sugar, margarine and milk. Bring to a rolling boil. Cook rapidly 5 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. (Mixture scorches easily) Remove from heat, stir in chocolate pieces. Add marshmallow creme, nuts and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into a greased 13x9 inch pan. Cool; cut into squares.
