Participate in the design, development and implementation of the Recovery Tracker System, the System built to provide recovery analysts and claim adjusters with a central place to record the possible and actual recovery activity on Fidelity bond claims. Also, the System provides password-protected access with user-related permissions. The System was developed using Visual Basic 5.0 accessing data stored in MS SQL Server 6.5. Responsibilities included:

• GUI design and developing of program specifications, application prototyping, program development and unit testing.
• Development of stored procedures, analyzing them for optimal performance.
• Analyzing and documenting of proposed changes, which were requested by a user to bring new functionality in programs.

Developed numerous programs such as:

• The Search Claim screen, that allows searching for claims in a range of claim numbers.
• The Recovery Details screen. This screen enables the user to change recovery status depending on whether or not all possible recoveries have been obtained; displays all claims information.
• The Target Assets screen that allows entering information about all possible assets that can be targeted for recovery.
• The Recovery Sources screen enabling user to enter recovery source information, etc.

The System was created to allow departmental reception group to receive customer calls on behalf of busy or absent workers. Call being taken is registered and appropriate message is sent to worker.
