1.      Enrolment as a Member
By using this Site, you signify your assent to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not
agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use this Site. By accessing the Site,
you accept,  without limitation or qualification, the Terms and Condition. If you are under
the age of 18, you  must seek parental permission to register and became a member.

You reserve the right to discontinue service at any time.  You may only enrol once.  When you
register as a member you will maintain only one valid  Member ID. You may only have one
referrer. Members may only be credited for referrals for six  levels under original
member. You are responsible for your login name and password and, as a result, you
are responsible for  any activities undertaken under your login name. You agree to
notify us of any unauthorized use  of your Member ID.

Before using our software you will be required to agree to our Software Licence Agreement, the  text of which will be available when you download the software for the first time.
Access to the Site must only be used for lawful purpose. The Site must not be used for the  transmission of any material which is in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
DotAd.com Ltd reserves the right to prohibit access to any member at any time, without warning.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or cancel your membership with  immediate effect and without notice at any time for any reason.
You are not authorized to try  to control, change, modify, manipulate, influence, or otherwise fraudulently create advertisement impressions, the number of advertisement you view, or those  your referrals view.

3.      Payment
Payment will be done according to the Referral Program as indicated in the DotAd.com Website  (http://www.dotad.com/referralcorner/referral program) and are herein illustrated.
You shall receive as Payment a percentage of the Advertising Revenue (as reduced by  advertising agency commissions actually retained by agencies or paid to agencies), generated  from the actual Paid For Advertisements sent to your personal member si
te, in accordance with  the following schedule:

Percentage of Advertising Revenue:
        75% plus any additional Applicable Referral Fees.
Applicable Referral Fees are currently:
        5% for first generation referrals
        4% for second generation referrals
        2% for third generation referrals
        2% for fourth generation referrals
        1% for fifth generation referrals
        1% for sixth generation referrals

We reserve the right to amend Terms of Payment and/or Payment Calculations at any time. You  will be notified of any such change via a posting on the DotAd.com Website  (http://www.dotad.com.)
You agree that data recorded by our systems and programs reconciled at the end of each month  will be used as the sole basis for calculating your Payment. You are solely responsible for any  and all obligations, restrictions, liabilities or other cla
ims arising from, or related to any Payment  paid to you pursuant to this Agreement.
Payment will be made on a bi-monthly basis by cheque issued by a prime international financial  institution in U.S. Dollars and will only be sent  to you when your Payment is greater than $50.
Your payment will be sent to the address you provide. DotAd.com Ltd has the right to place  advertisement, Paid For and Not Paid For (Not Paid For are those advertisements that either  payments has not been received for or were not sold for money at
any time). You agree that no  Payment is due to you based on Not Paid For Advertising. Payment is only due for Paid For  Advertisement in which the payment has been received. You are due to respect applicable taxes  that might apply to the Payment ma
de to you.

to  submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
