"Helen Zbylski, 97, a resident of Hoquiam for the past 72 years, died Thursday, Jan. 13. 1994, at an Aberdeen nursing home.

"She was born Aug. 23, 1896, in Chicago, to Frank and Frances (Kibitlewski) Gryniewicz. She was raised and attended school in Chicago.

"In 1920, she married John Zbylski in Chicago. He died in 1948.

"The couple lived on a Wisconsin farm they operated for two years before moving to Hoquiam in 1922.

"... Survivors include a daughter, Florence Zbylski of Hoquiam."
