Well to be perfectly honest with you this hot sauce started as a joke.  I decided to take some of my home grown peppers and make a small batch of hot sauce to bring to a buddy's cook out.
Bottled it up, made a few silly labels, and passed it around.

It turned out that people actually liked it and asked for more that same day.  Unfortunately I had used up all my peppers for that one small batch.  The next season I added  many more pepper plants in my garden including cayenne, thai, chil-tepin, habenero, and the carribean red habenero ( the hottest in the world)!
After  experimenting with some different blends over the years, I have finally settled on a recipe that adds flavor with a kick.  A cranberry tomato blend with select peppers.


 Hot enough to wake the dead!
