Panasonic PD/CD-ROM means the end of the overburdened hard drive. PD offers any PC or MAC system expandable storage with rewritable optical disks, which can be inserted for data storage or retrieval. PD also lets you enter the next generation of CD-ROM performance. Its built-in 4X CD-ROM player is your link to a whole new level of CD-ROM titles.

 synchronization of source and video is precise, and information retrieval is fast.

Supports Major CD Formats

PD supports major CD formats, including Audio (CD-DA), Video for Windows, Photo CD Multisession, CD-I Movie, Video CD.

Optional interface kits are available from Panasonic, Adaptec, Future Domain, Buslogic and Always.
