Though we all know Wellesley is a swingin' place, everybody needs to get off campus sometimes. I've tried to put information of interest for Wellesley students of all varieties on this page. Since I'm not a Wellesley student of all varieties, I might be missing some great places - please email me at [email protected] and let me know!
Note: obviously, this is just movie theaters right now.  I wanted it to include clubs, MIT ice skating, some minimal frat party info, and other stuff.  But then I got lazy, and didn't feel like calling lots of places...

Movies

For movie listings, theaters, reviews, and showtimes, check out Movielink. It's a great resource, especially when you just can't find a copy of the Globe.
Sony Cheri -- (617) 536-2871 -- Boston
Popular movies and a fun atmosphere, but _very_ crowded on the weekends and shows frequently sell out.
Sony Nickolodean -- (617) 424-1500 -- Boston
A bit of an arthouse reputation, but plays mostly mainstream movies.
Kendall Square Cinema -- (617) 494-9800 -- Cambridge
Great arthouse cinema. Really wonderful. Films that you just can't find anyplace else will definitely be here. The decor is great, too.
Embassy Cinema -- (781) 893-2500 -- Waltham
This is a brand new "sister cinema" to the Kendall.  It has a combination of mainstream and arthouse movies, and the atmosphere is really nice.  Located near the intersection of Moody St and Crescent St (next to the river) in Waltham.
Framingham 14 --(508) 628-4404 -- Natick
14 theaters, so they play almost everything that's mainstream, but you need a car to get there. Located behind the Natick Mall, off Rt 9.
Sony Natick --(781) 237-5840 -- Natick
Everything mainstream that's _not_ at the Framingham 14.  Located across from Shopper's World and the Natick Mall.
