1. STACK DAMPER: A DAMPER WHICH CLOSES THE BOILER STACK AS SOON AS THE BURNER STOPS SO AS TO PREVENT HEAT ENERGY TO ESCAPE FROM THE STACK TO ATMOSPHERE DEMİRDOKUM HAS A PATENT FOR THIS PRODUCT .BUT IF IT WERE TODAY'S TURKISH PATENT LAW, THIS PATENT WOULD BELONG TO ME AS THE INVENTOR.
2. JET STREAM:IT IS AN INVENTION THAT STOPS CONDENSATION IN GAS OR LIQUID FUEL FIRED BOILERS SO AS TO PREVENT CORROSION ON THE FLUE SURFACES OF BOILERS. DEMİRDOKUM APPLIED FOR THE PATENT AS OSMAN ONER'S INVENTION. MY FRIENDS AT DD SAYS IT’S BEEN CERTIFIIED.
3. FULLY AUTOMATIC COMPACT BOILER SYSTEM (BAHCE SEHİR TYPE COMPACT BOILER) : OPERATIONAL SYSTEM WAS DESIGNED BY ME. WHEN THE (EUROPEAN) DEVICE THAT PROVIDES AUTOMATION TAKEN OUT OF THE BOILER THE SYSTEM STILL CONTINUES WORKING. ONLY WITHOUT WEATHER COMPENSATION. AFTER LAUNCHING OF THIS PRODUCT SIMPLE VERSIONS OF OURS STARTED TO BE PRODUCED AND SOLD IN TURKEY.
4. I DESIGNED A COMPACT BOILER SYSTEM WHICH WE CALLED "LİVANELİ TYPE COMPACT BOILER" WHICH AUTOMATICALLY PRODUCED DOMESTIC HOT WATER. AND NOBODY COULD YET IMITATE IN TURKEY OR IN EUROPE.
5. LED TYPE OF THERMOMETER WAS DESIGNED BY ME TO MAKE OUR STORAGE TYPE
ELECTRIC WATER HEATERS MORE ATTRACTIVE. IT IS STILL BEING SOLD.
6. FULLY AUTOMATIC BOILER PANEL P3 WAS DESIGNED BY ME.
7. OUTSIDE TEMPERATURE COMPENSATED BOILER SYSTEM: ABOUT SECOND YEAR OF MY ENTRY TO DEMİRDOKUM I DESIGNED.3 PROTOTYPES WERE PRODUCED. 2 OF THEM WERE SET AT TWO PILOT RESIDENCES. RESULTS WERE GOOD. BUT DEMİRDOKUM MANAGEMENT DID NOT WANT IT AS A PRODUCT, DUE TO ECONOMICAL CRISES. SINCE EVEN FUEL OIL FIRED BOILERS WERE BEING REPLACED BY COAL FIRED ONES.
8. BURNING CONTROL OF COAL FIRED BOILER: ELECTRONIC CONTROLLER WAS DESIGNED AND A PROTOTYPE WAS PRODUCED AND LABORATORY TEST OF THE DEVICE WAS DONE. BUT NO APPLICATION WAS REALISED.
9.ABOUT 7 PROTO-TYPE WALL-HUNG BOILERS WERE CONSTRUCTED AND ENGINEERING
DESIGN WAS PREPARED BY MY LEADERSHIP AND MY IDEAS AND COMPANY EXCUTIVES WERE BRIEFFED. FEAR THAT IT WOULD STRIKE COMBI'S SALES MADE THE PROJECT STOP.
10. A SIMPLE SOLUTION TO "MULTI BOILER AND MULTI ZONE SYSTEMS" WAS DESIGNED (FEBRUARY 2000)
11. A SIMPLE SOLUTION TO "ONE BOILER AND MULTI ZONE SYSTEMS" WAS DESIGNED (FEBRUARY 2000)
12. FOR WATER BOOSTERS A LARGE AND UNSTRETCHING MEMBRANE DESIGN WAS
REALISED WHICH COULD HAVE A PATENT BECAUSE OF IT HAVING UNTEARABLE DESIGN.
13.BURNING OF BOOSTER MOTORS WAS ENDED FOR GOOD DUE TO MY SPEACIAL WAY OF USING WATER LEVEL CONTROL SYSTEM. (BOOSTER MOTORS WERE BURNING ALTHOUGH THERE WERE WATER IN THE TANKS.)
14.REMOTE CONTROL SYTEM OF COMPACT BOILER SYSTEMS (BY TELEPHONING): I PREPARED SPECS OF SUCH A SYSTEM. AND MADE A PRODUCT OUT OF IT.
15.WATER LEVEL CUT OFF SYSTEM FOR COMPACT BOILERS. I DESIGNED VARIOUS TYPES OF WATER SENSING DEVICE .
16.WORKING SYSTEM OF TOUCH SCREEN PANEL: I WROTE THE SCENARIO(BEHAVIOR ) OF THE “COMPACT BOILER TOUCH SCREEN CONTROL PANEL” FOR SAME NAMED PROJECT.
17.I WITH AN EXPERT OF AMERICAN FIRM CALLED SOLIDYNE DESIGNED REMOTE TROUBLE SHOOTING AND SERVICE SYSTEM.A PILOT SYSTEM WAS REALISED AND TESTED.
18.A COMPLEX TEST SYSTEM WAS ACHIEVED AND TEST WAS REALISED BY ME: FOR A 24 HOUR X 90 DAYS LOW TEMPERATURE COMPACT BOILER TUV TEST.
19. FOR MY PATENTED STACK-DAMPER A SYNCRONOUS MOTOR SUPPLIED BY A MOTOR MANUFACTURER WAS BEING USED, BUT WHICH HAD A ZERO TOURQUE PROBLEM: ALTHOUGH 220-VOLT AC WAS APPLIED MOTOR DID NOT START(ABOUT ONCE IN 100). I DESIGNED A NEW MOTOR FOR THE MANUFACTURER WHICH HAD NO ZERO TOURQUE PROBLEM.
20. BEING AFRAID OF OLD MOTOR BEING MIXED UP WITH THE NEW ONES, I DESIGNED AN ELECTRO MECHANIC TEST SYSTEM, FOR QUALITY CONTROL.
21. F8 BATTERIES WERE BEING MANUFACTURED ON A MANUAL ASSEMBLY LINE AND THE PRODUCTION RATE WAS VERY SLOW.( 80 STACKS WERE BEING PRODUCED BY A SHIFT).AND ALSO PLIO-FILM COULD NOT BE IMPORTED DUE TO EMBARGO. SO USING A STICKY TAPE IN PLACE OF PLIO FILM A HALF AUTOMATIC PRODUCTION LINE WAS DESIGNED AND PRODUCED BY ME. WHEN THE TAPE WAS PULLED, ANODES AND COATED PAPERS WERE AUTOMATICALLY BEING FED FROM SPECIAL MAGAZINES AND STUCK ON THE STICKY TAPE, AND THE ELECTROLYTE WAS DISPENSED ON. PULLING TO OBTAIN 15 CELLS WAS TAKING ONLY A FEW SECONDS.. WITH THE ONE THIRD OF THE MAN-HOURS USED ABOUT 10 TIMES STACKS COULD BE PRODUCED. BUT SINCE PERMISSION OF BATTERY PRODUCTION WITH THIS NEW TECHNOLOGY COULD NOT BE OBTAINED, PROJECT WAS STOPPED.
22. A COMMERCIAL BATTERY PACKING APPARATUS: I DESIGNED AND APPLIED ONTO
TWO PRODUCTION LINES. IT SAVED ABOUT 6 WORKERS PER BATTERY LINE. IT WAS USED FOR YEARS TILL A NEW PACKAGING LINE WERE IMPORTED. IF WAS APPLIED THIS COULD BRING A PATENT, IT WAS A CHEAP AND A SIMPLE APPARATUS.
23. I DESIGNED A TRIMMED PIECE SEPARATING SYSTEM FOR THE ZINC CAN TRIMMING
MACHINE. IT WAS USED TILL THE FACTORY WAS CLOSED FOR GOOD IN 1999.IT SAVED

24. I DESIGNED AND APPLIED AUTOMATIC FEEDING SYSTEM FOR BOTTOM DISC SHAPING MACHINE WHICH ALL OF THE MECHANICAL ENGINEERS IN THE FACTORY SAID IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE. IT SAVED TWO PERSONS.
25. THE BATTERIES WERE BEING TESTED BY VERY EXPENSIVE AND BADLY DESIGNED
SYSTEM. I DESIGNED A CELL TESTING DEVICE AND IT WAS USED FOR MANY YEARS.

2. TO BETTER THE PERFORMANCE OF OIL BURNERS THEY CHANGE THE DESIGN BUT
I FOUND THAT IT WAS A HASTY DECISION AND WAS WORSENING THE COMBUSTION.
