son_3-?.mid: Chopin, Frédéric [1810-1849, Polish] Sonata in B Minor, Op.58 [1844] Four movements (? = 1|2|3|4): i. Allegro moderato [8:09] ii. Scherzo [2:33] iii. Largo [6:54] iv. Presto [5:04] Notes from Robert Finley, the sequencer: Sonata in B minor, Op 58, F. Chopin. Frederik Chopin (1810-1849) wrote three sonatas. The first one in C minor is not a major work and hardly ever played. The 2nd sonata in B flat minor is famous for the Funeral March. The third sonata in B minor is very popular and performed often in concerts. This sonata is in four movements: Allegro moderato; Scherzo; Largo; and Presto (CHOPINS1-4.MID). It should be played on a Yamaha Clavinova or similar digital sampling piano with plenty reverb for best effect. I hope you enjoy the performance. Robert Finley. March 26th 1995.
