We are a portuguese software development team. Firix was born in 15 March of 1998 by the hands of Ricardo Pereira (first President), T�nia Pinh�o, Sandra Resende, Pedro Azevedo and Vitor Chitas.

Our main project is to create an operating system friendly, powerfull, eficient, fast and very easy to use.

More and more we see software growing disconnect from the real world. The only thing that big companies want is money, they don't care about the way the users work, the only interest of them is to be the most powerfull and rich companie in the world without asking the users what they need.

Watching this growing, more and more, we decided to create Firix. We see things different, we care about the people that is going to use our software. We can only improve if we ask the users what they need.

We aren't against Microsoft, IBM, Apple, etc, they are trying to earn money to live better their lives. The only thing that we are against is the way they do that. If they stop and listen the users they will earn more money and the users will be satisfied.

Firix Software Development is going to be a companie that will do what users want, keeping always in mind power, friendship, eficiency.
