Senior Manager for 2.1 billion dollar multi-state holding company. Oversee network of AS400 main frame computers, state of the art telecom PBX network, data communications network for 46 branches & 60 automatic teller machines (ATM), three shift check processing center, and loan servicing center. Accomplishments

Successful conversion and merger activity as company grew from 1 billion dollars in assets to 2.1 billion in assets. Responsible for four bank conversions and three mergers.
