Again, please have the code number LP779 when you call. OR 3) Or fill out the at the bottom. You do not have to fill it out completely, but please do as much as you can. We need about 72 hours notice so that we will not in any way delay your loan closing. The greater the notice the better, but you will not be charged any higher fee simply due to a "rush job". We enjoy our work! It's challenging for us to be on the "other end" working for the borrower rather than the lender! Please rest assured that we are complete professionals and in no way jeopardize your loan approval. We are not paid if a loan does not close so our consultants are always professional and courteous.
