1.Your copyrights.

You'll take all copyrights on a cartoon (copyrights on its showing, circulation and spreading).

2.Someone else's copyrights.

To avoid problems with someone else's copyrights we reject an exact copy of a plot and materials from other video and sound production (cartoon's heroes, musical accompaniment, etc).

3."Censorship".

We don't make cartoons with porno and immoral plots (violence, debauch, propaganda of racial ideas).

4.Price of P.C. and other video production.

We don't make an animational advertisement and other video production at the rate of P.C. Price of such production is much more higher.

5.Minimum duration.

Your cartoon, which has a primary screen picture and a final screen picture, mustn't be shorter than one minute.
