This license plate is now available for PA Amateur Radio Operators
and superceeds the current blue plate with yellow letters.
Go to the PA state web site at http://www.dmv.state.pa.us/
and click on Form MV-904. "Application for Special Registration Plate."
Download the form in adobe .pdf format.
It costs $20 and has a 8-10 week wait.
