secm99a.zip	Security Manager99. A decent encryption program. Easy to use. Can encrypt individual files or entire folders (including subfolders). (1.1mb)
pgp5install.exe	PGP Freeware version 5. Never used it. But a lot of people say it's the best. (3.5mb)

Internet Tools

spade114.zip	Sam Spade version 1.14. A good program with lots of useful tools. Ping, finger, DNS, port scanner, SMTP relay check, trace route and a lot more. Recommended(1.8mb)Working
neotrace.zip	NeoTrace. A tracer that shows everything on a map
CyberKit.zip	CyberKit version 2.2. Similar to Sam Spade but doesn't do as much. Ping, Tracer, Finger, Whois, DNS, and Quote of the Day (861kb)
NetInfo.zip	Net Info. A useful, although not the most advanced program. DNS, domain scanner that resolves the IPs to names, ping, and a scanner to see what services the host is running. (18k)

IRC

Vai-te_ja_ICMP_ToolKit.zip	Vai-te ja ICMP ToolKit. mIRC addon. Has ICMP nuker, ICMP pinger, OOB nuker, and Jav nuke detector
sphere.zip	7th Sphere version 3.0. A classic. Good war/protection script. Has the tools needed and nothing more. Good flood protection. Old, but good (1.38mb)
retribution.zip	Retribution. A pretty advanced war/protection script. Loaded with tools.

Misc

join155.zip	Joiner 1.55. Lets you join an .exe file to another file. Useful for joining trojans or virii to real programs. Very easy to use.
Euthan.zip	Euthanasia 1.52. A nice and easy to use email bomber. Can hide your IP (kinda)
kaboom30.zip	Kaboom. A decent mail bomber
spammerslammer.zip	Spammer Slammer v1.3. Never used it. Probably does what the name implies

Fake Virii

badge.exe	Turns Windows upside down. Hit "Esc" to exit
Buttons.exe	Opens a bunch of buttons you have to click on to get rid of. Well, there's an easier way to get rid of them....
coke	Asks if ya want a cup holder, click okay and it opens your CD-ROM drive.
heart1.exe	The fun one. Says it's gonna perform a security check them makes it look like it's deleting everything from your hard drive.
