| FSMP - Flight Shop Moving Parts
|
| "Full and free movement of all controls - check!"
This is a utility to easily add moving parts to FS98 aircraft. It won't
be a freeware release, but it will be absolutely brilliant at what it does. Download
this simple mdl file to see what it can do, or this
Bulldog trainer by FSD.
| Current status: Release 1.2 is in use by a well-known flight-sim add-on
developer. Look out for the demo version (only animates the rudder) at this site
soon. It works with swept wings, dihedral, and supports several objects
moving together, e.g. two wheels and a strut. Initial assessment of the ease
of use is a key feature. One user said:
"I Managed to get flaps, spoiler and elevons working on my new F-15E within 5
minutes of installing FSMP"!

| Airway - flight planner
|
| This is an easy flight planner. It's different from all the others because it
automatically routes flights along real-world airways, SIDs and STARs.
| Current status: v0.5 works fine, but with a limited database (UK only). Get it
from the 'other downloads' page.
| Outlook: v0.6 with larger database, better ATC chatter, improved approach height
at IAF, automatic calls to APLC, etc.. available when?

| Jet Provost / Strikemaster for all FS versions
|
| This classic jet trainer will be available for all FS versions with and
without Flight Shop, along with the ground attack variant. Ground attack is one
area of combat that can be simulated well on fs5/fs98.
| Current status: aircraft shape complete. Flight dynamics in progress.
| Outlook: available for Flight Shop October 98, non-fsfs in November. Expect
scenery and adventures to accompany the package.
