				Jet EZ
The Jet EZ-1 is a remake of one the worlds most loved
homebuilt aircraft, the Burt Rutan Long EZ. It features fully
retractable, tricycle, landing gear, similar to the Bearkut Long E-Z.
We dubbed the name Jet EZ because instead of having a Lycoming
110hp piston engine, we put in a single, General Electric J85-13A
non-afterburning turbojet, which was robbed from a Northrop F-
5E.

We took Brian Gonzales version of the Long E-Z and
modified it to carry a jet engine.

The engine can produce up to 5,000lbs of thrust and help the
Jet EZ cruise at speeds of 535kts at 9,000feet. It has also
demonstrated a maximum top speed of 550kts and has a maximum
ceiling of 55,000+feet.

Various systems were tested, including the Land me feature.
We did not leave that in because of many reasons, (it didnt land
but crash). This is the most stable Long EZ on the net.

We suggest putting a Lear Jet Panel or Jet Fighter Panel in
the cockpit. It is unbelievably easy and fun to fly. It has
demonstrated rolls on takeoff. The beautiful paint scheme was
borrowed from a local Lear 35. The N number is N0T.

This is the first version of our production line Jet EZs.
We hope to come up with new paint schemes for it in the future
and maybe some on request. We here at the Phantom Phactory,
hope you enjoy this custom-tailored aircraft.

Thanks
