My Netscape is freezing up at 31% of 12k. What do I do now?

This is a bug in Netscape. Heres how you fix it. You simply delete the cache in Netscape and reboot and this will solve the problem. There is a walk through with picture on how to delete Netscapes on the system.

Besides the cache issue - that problem also occurs if you close netscape and then try to open again. If it hasn't shut down properly it will still be running in the background and then you'll get the 31% error when you try to open it again. All you do is press ctrl-alt-del to open the task manager - find netscape on the list - highlight it and hit the "end task" button. It may pause for a minute and then come up with error saying it is not responding - hit "end task" again and it should close. Then you will be able to re-open Netscape again. This is a netscape issue - and it doesn't always happen. It is one of the big reasons I have switched to IE 5.0, which I have had absolutely no issues with so far
