How Do I Defrag With @Home

• close all programs (obviously)
• disable screen saver (some will write to disk using Defrag to restart)
• close everything in the System Tray that you can
• ctrl-alt-del and kill everything except explorer and systray
• start defrag and go to bed!
• reboot in the morning
