Found the answer on the www site for @home in member services. max email size including the attachment is 5 MB. |

As stated, the limits most everywhere in @Home is 5MB. If you're near this with an attachment, be aware... Because *binary* attachments (programs, pictures, etc.) arenot-so-efficiently converted to text it's a LOT less. The textconversion can vary but I measured mine at about 3.4MB. No, they're not lying when they say 5MB... they're just not explaining those "gotchas" :-). The resulting mail message from a 3.4MB binary attachment is about 5MB. |
