PROBLEM:

When a person clicks on the @home browser envelope its suppose to run their default mail client. if they select OPEN instead of save it works. BUT where does one save the file it wants to download? So when they click the envelope it automatically boots the mail client.

SOLUTION:

Click the envelope when the option comes up select, open from current location, when and if it brings up the "open with" window select MSIMN and make sure the check mark is in the "always open with" box. click ok it should launch outlook express. now close it and click the envelope again now take the check mark out of the "always ask before opening files of this type" box and select open from current location again. and that should do it, next time you click the envelope it should automatically launch outlook express .
