In over two years, we have completed over 30 projects for our customers. We have helped them re-design strategic information architecture, develop new applications, improve operations and save costs. Here is a tour of some of our key accomplishments: We recommended an information system architecture, which provides a framework for implementing strategic applications to address critical marketing and sales business requirements in the Telecom industry. The customer is able to take the three-tier client/server design for implementation. We analyzed the data in an existing data warehouse, recommended reorganization of the information, and made tuning and optimization suggestions. The result: we helped our customer reduce disk storage by 35% and save C$350,000 per year. We analyzed the program code of several key database applications to improve their processing time from 9 hours to 1 hour. Our team develop a key product revenue tracking and analysis application for our customer. It provides valuable information to our customer to develop new products anf forecast product performance. We designed and developed a management system to mechanize the initiation, launching, tracking, and analysis of product campaign processes. The system helps our customer improve the efficiency and effectiveness of its campaign programs. We implemented enhancements to a key operational system used by thousands of engineers in the field. We successfully completed the project on schedule in a three-month period. We implemented a Lotus Notes application to manage and track ad-hoc query requests for a workgroup of 200 users. The result is used to improve support services. We implemented document sharing for a workgroup through the Intranet. It allows the users to easily prepare and share doucments on the system.
