Wicked This is an image inspired by the work of a friend of a friend "SirJohn", His art is created using Paint Shop Pro. His site is located at http://www.angelfire.com/wi2/sirjohn Have a look at his inspired art. My "Wicked" was made using PhotoShop 5.5, Poser 4.0, Bryce 4.0, and 3DSMax 3.0. I attempted to combine The "rage" of color in the background, with the fury of the 3D character's glare in the foreground.
At the end Atmospheric effects in Bryce. Velociraptor via Poser 4. (Who can say for sure that 'Raptors didn't eat roses at their end?) Diablo I just love this car! It recently dawned on me that I may never own one. But like a little boy I can play with "virtual" models of it! This is entirely Bryce 4.0, (with the Mesh imported from 3DSMax) Likewise with the 63 'vette. My plan is a 30 second animation of the Diablo morphing into the Corvette... Unicorn A very dear friend of mine once had a penchant for crystal unicorns. Though I expect she's outgrown that, I still remember... In the kindest possible way, this is for Lisa. Highway to Hell An abstract using boolean subtraction. The road to damnation is doubtless wrapped on itself. Obsession As a kid I took an interest in guitar playing. This interest grew into an obsession. I started out with a second-hand Fender Stratocaster... (background / right) Jimi Hendrix played one, so I reasoned that they were good enough for me. Then I discovered the magic that Jimmy Page made with a Les' Paul... (foreground / left) The bass guitar in the second pic is a Fender Prescision Bass that a friend played. In the forground of the second pic, are two Carvin 12 channel mixers. Now that Multiple Sclerosis had left me with the dexterity of a trunkless elephant on Demerol. I am saving a fortune! I wasn't very good anyway. Ascending An image from my first try at my "Leap of Faith" animation. The image in my archives is from the finished version. (I thought I lost this in a computer mishap, but it seems that I had a backup! The "Leap of Faith" is my attempt at conveying the transcendant spirituality of the body chasing the spirit. In the other version the flesh of the body leaves the bones behind. In the way a spiritual person leaves behind the dogma of their mundane existance. To me It shows how faith can transcend our worries, and our fears.
