I DON'T CARE!
I am a 19 year old college student in Beautiful British Columbia CANADA. I love Canada, it IS the best country in the world...
But this is no place for my personal political veiws!
Music is my life, I love listening to it, and playing it. I write my own songs along with a friend, maybe you know of him from the links on my main page, his Knick is Mystech.
I do not make any distiction about what genre of music I listen to, but I tend to lean toward the heavier side of things such as BUSH, Filter, Nirvana, and ..... The list goes
on and on and on. Lately I've really become interested in The Tea Party and Econoline Crush. These are both Canadian Bands that haven't made great in-roads into the US market,
but they are absolute top notch bands! Econoline Crush is out of Vancouver, though the main band members are from Winnipeg. They are what one might classify as Industrial,
but I think that Hard Techno-Rock is a better term. The Tea Party Could not be any diiferent than EC They play what could be called World Beat Hard Rock, in following with
Led Zepplin and all the rest. It has been said of Jeff Stewart of The Tea Party that he is in some way copying or emmulating Jim Morrison. I don't buy it. In my opinion he
simply looks a lot like him and has a similar voice, he is extremely musically talented (as is the rest of the band) so should he end his music career simply because of
a physical likeness? You tell me.
Of the Classical side of music, I enjoy Vivaldi the most because of the intensity he put into his craft that no one ever seemed to parallel. The best 60's band is
of course, the Beatles but the Who really KICK ASS too.
You will never catch me doing something stupid on my page like posting a picture of me, or showing you all my resume.(Well, to be quite frank, neither of them are very impressive.)
