Denise Carrigan has
more than 18 years experience in the management and executive search
business. In 1981, she joined Management Recruiters of San Antonio as an
Account Executive with the Administrative Support Division. She was
recognized as Management Recruiters Southwest Region Rookie of the Year for
1981. In 1993, she transferred to the management and executive search
division as an Account Executive. She was one of the first Account
Executives in the company to earn the prestigious Certified Senior Account
Manager designation. In May, 1985, Denise was appointed Vice President of
Management Recruiters of San Antonio and since November 1987 has been a
co-owner of the business. Denise's experience in executive search has been quite diverse. She has dealt regularly with such functional activities as sales and marketing, finance, manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, and quality control. The levels of responsibility for which she has completed searches ranges from entry level to president and corporate officer. These represent an in-depth search and recruiting background that enhances her ability to deal effectively with staffing requirements of client companies.
