Before I heard about Herbalife, I wouldn't leave my house because people would constantly make jokes about my weight.  The pity of others was even worse.  My life was going from the bed to the sofa and from the sofa to the refrigerator. At my top weight of 352 pounds, I couldn't get a job and depended financially on my brothers.  My mother discouraged me from taking any weight-loss medication because she had tried amphetamines to control her weight and they only caused more harm than good.

In 14 months I lost 176 pounds.  I attribute my success to a strong determination to get thinner and the fact that I rigorously followed the Thermojetics Weight-Management Program.  Today, I can do many activities that I couldn't when I weighed 352 pounds.
