Before

I was out of shape and overweight.  My eating was totally out of control, and I gradually gave up any sports or physical activities.  At age 28, I realized I needed to change my life.  At 263 pounds, I could barely handle my job as an Emergency Medical Technician.  I would go out on an ambulance call and my work would suffer.

After

The physical part of helping other people in a distressful situation would take all the energy I had, leaving me exhausted and out of breath. An Herbalife Distributor saw my problem and offered me a solution that worked.  I got started on the Thermojetics Weight-Management Program, and I knew it was just a matter of following the program. I've gone from a size 26 to a 9.  Since being introduced to Herbalife, my eating habits have totally changed.  I purchase healthier foods, and I prepare my meals with more care.  Not only that, my weight loss has even inspired me to get moving again.  I recently joined a softball league!
