Introduction
Our company is called MDP Inc. It is named after the founders, Magan Chun, Danlin Yang and Pierre Carapetian. Our vision is to provide consumers with every cell phone model available in Canada in addition to the wide variety of models offered. We will also offer every plan available in Canada including: Samsung, Sanyo, Ericsson, Motorola and Nokia. As if this wasn't enough, we guarantee to beat any and every price offered by any of our competitions. We will be consumers number 1 choice for cell phones.
Location (Distribution)
Our products will be sold over the Internet only. We will advertise on television to create awareness of our Internet site. We will accept VISA, Master card and American Express. As another bonus, consumers will not have to pay any shipping fees.
Market Segmentation
Our Product is targeted to anyone who is in the market for a cell phone. Males, females, teenagers and business people are all part of our target market. Basically if someone is in the market for a cell phone, MDP is for him/her. Someone's age, gender, class or race doesn't really matter.
Price
Our policy is to sell our cell phones and plans below the price of competitors while the qualities of the cell phones are at the highest level. We have this guarantee for three reasons. First, we want to attract customers with our low prices. Second, because we are a new company, we need to give consumers a reason to bring us their business. We think a lower price will do this. Third, since our cell phones are not just based on prices, but also qualities, we will be able to get more and more costumers.
