GENERAL RULES

  1. The festival is open to all the colleges.
  2. All entries must be addressed to BVIT.
  3. Each entry should be routed through the Principal and Cultural Incharge.
  4. Every participant must carry his / her I - card and produce it on demand.
  5. All the teams should reach at the venue atleast one-hour before the event commences and must register themselves at the reception.
  6. For all the events the decision of the judges will be final and binding.
  7. On the spot participation on a first come first basis will be allowed in category of Fine arts, Literary arts and certain Performing arts.
  8. Points will be awarded as follows :

  • * 10 and 7 points will be awarded for winning the first and second prize in a group event.

    * 10 and 7 points will be awarded for winning the first and second prize in an individual event.

    * 1 point will be awarded for participating in the event.

    * 1 point for passing the pre - elims and reaching finals.

    * 2 points will be deducted if the participants reports late for an event in the pre - elims.

    * 5 points will be deducted if a participant reports late for the finals.

    1. The organizing committee reserves all the rights to alter or amend any rule and also change the time of events before informing any participants.
