THE INVASION BY THE TNTWITS
"So be it
Threaten no more
To secure peace, is to prepare for war
So be it
Settle the score
Touch me again for the words that you'll hear evermore
DON'T TREAD ON ME
Love it or leave it, she with the deadly bite
Quick is the blue tongue, forked as the lightening strike
Shining with brightness, always on surveillance
The eyes, they never close, emblem of vigilance
DON'T TREAD ON ME!"

--Metallica, The Black Album, Don't Tread On Me

And so life on the ABeeC boards went on and the ensuing influx of TnTers, along with MLGaines' subsequent suspicion of their authenticity overshadowed the Milhous fiasco. It was mid-November when the first of the twits began rearing their ugly heads. Short initials, followed by a series of numbers was what comprised most of their posting identities. Thinking themselves clever and looking to blend in, they only managed to draw misgiving attention to themselves. HA! What utter fools! They were about as inconspicuous as snow in August! MLGaines wasn't the only poster apprehensive about this flood of TnTers, as there were MANY posters who found their sudden flooding of the board and gushing about TnT in annoyingly redundant posts to be a bit strange. The poster, BluMoose reveled in countering their redundancy with some redundant refutation of her own. The Wars soon became a form of entertainment for everyone on the ABeeC board!

While it can be theorized that the initial questioning of the influx of TnTers was due to the overshadowing effect of the Milhous fiasco, it soon became apparent that "some" in the TnT faction were indeed playing the "alter game" that MLGaines had only just weeks prior to the "Invasion" managed to rid the board of. Falseness had indeed returned to ABeeC, but under a different motive/agenda although signs of the obsessive-compulsive-delusional traits that Milhous exhibited were becoming increasingly apparent among certain personalities in the TnT faction.
