SEASON OUTLOOK
AUBURN UNIVERSITY MEN'S TEAM
The Tigers join the CWPA this season after a strong showing last year, including winning their home tournament for the first time.  With the loss of only one senior, Erik Lewis, Auburn hopes to build on last season and is enjoying their largest crop of recruits in the club's young history. The Tigers also look to be healthier this year, as field player Jeff Hoover is fully recovered from shoulder surgery and several other players have better conditioned themselves during the summer. Jonathan Dobkins looks to repeat as the team's MVP and takes over the presidential reigns from three-year, two meter set and leading scorer Dave Williamson, as he finally graduates this Fall.  Kevin Clements hopes to balance his swim team duties with polo to be available as the team's most potent player.  Marco Baldassarri, Bug Harkleroad, John Houmes, among others, return this year giving Auburn high hopes of being competitive in the team's first year of  CWPA play.

AUBURN UNIVERSITY WOMEN'S TEAM
This year the Auburn Women's Team enters its third full year of existence and first year as a member of the Collegiate Water Polo Association. Even though the team lost many of its seniors, returning starter players Ashley Crawford, Megan Parrish, Tara Kopiness, Becky Hojinack, and Leigh Ann Prince will add depth and experience to the group that this year receives a large crop of promising recruits. Veteran player Davana Lehman and high-school                  all-American Lindsay Denman will contribute enormously to the performance of the team and will be available as the team's most potent players. Former swimmer and senior national qualifier Cissa Carvalho and former swimmers Mary Catherine Hoagland and Mary Ellen Proctor will look to add tremendous speed to the game. The core of the team still remains in the veteran players, but with the addition of hardworking new comers the team is expecting the season to be very competitive in the Southeast Division.
