In the SOCKS properties uncheck "sessions time out...".
If you have ICQ and if you have configured it the same as me, add a UPD service and on port 3333.
And add the links for mirabilis.
Uncheck "sessions time out...."
NB for all the services(socks, udp, ftp, www, telnet.......), add "everyone" in "Policies".
ET VOILA.
