Right click on it and select "open with".
Uncheck "always use....." and select Notepad.
Add the TCP/IP of the server + TAB and write the name of the server + press ENTER (here must be the same IP and name as in the Network settings of the server).
Click to close and YES to save.
ET VOILA.
Find the file named HOSTS.
