The charts show the significance of the percentage difference. It shows that the person bought the items isn’t worth the same if it is appraised. Meaning that the person lost money. Such as they lost money in the furniture, sports equipment (assuming) and electronics (TV’s, VCR’s, CD-player, kitchen stuff etc…)
What the charts do not say is how long this person or persons have own the items, it doesn’t show the depreciation every month, half year or year(s) or the condition it is in.
