Scary Movie 2

The Setup
Having used up all his teen-slasher parody ideas in "Scary Movie," director Keenan Ivory Wayans turns to an older tradition for the sequel: the one-night-in-a-haunted-house movies of the late '50s. A sleazy psychology professor (Tim Curry) invites several of his students--including "Scary Movie" survivors Anna Faris, Shawn Wayans and Marlon Wayans--to spend a weekend in a mansion where a murder took place. Guest stars include Tori Spelling, James Woods, Chris Elliott and Natasha Lyonne, most of whom end up covered with bodily fluids of one kind or another.
The Breakdown
Although the ads for "Scary Movie" promised "No Mercy. No Shame. No Sequel," the second installment confesses, "We Lied." At least the no-shame part was true. Watching this sad parade of scatological jokes is a humanity-robbing experience. Can American movies sink much lower than this? They'll have to for "Scary Movie 3" to get any funnier!
