Ingredients
1 medium-sized onion
2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves
1 x 2 cm cube ginger
500 g minced lamb
2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cumin seeds
1 teaspoon garam masala
¼ cup plain yoghurt
Method
1. Prepare ingredients, viz:
(a) chop onion finely
(b) chop coriander leaves
(c) peel and grate ginger.
2. Combine all ingredients and form into sausage shapes around skewers.
3. Preheat griller or barbecue.
4. Grill on all sides until well browned and cooked through.
