AUGUST 20, 2000 St. Francis board meeting.  Field times were assigned.  Call Bill to get your field and time.  Buddy Soccer to begin October 1 at Groves Park.  U-6 to begin Nov. 6.  Club registration to be held August 27th at Lincoln Park from 12:00 to 4:00 PM.  Volunteers needed for the registration.  Next board meeting to be September 17th, same location.  Jim Goldman is in charge of lights at Lincoln Park. 791-4873 Day Phone/Cell Phone # 631-5513.

July 16, 2000 The St.Francis Soccer Club board meeting was held at Elks Club.

Items Discussed:

1. The Webmaster was asked to set up a link for Buddy Soccer between PCJSL and
    the St. Francis website.  Webmaster will comply.
2. No word yet on fields or field assignments.
3. A motion was made and seconded to purchase 4 sets of Buddy Nets for $65.00 a 
   set.
4. A discussion was made to look into obtaining some portable goals for Lincoln Park.
5. Buddy Socker--decision to get handouts to daycare centers was agreed to.
6. St. Francis registration to be on August 27th from 12:00PM to 4:00PM at Lincoln 
    Park.  A Jumping Castle will be put up.  There may also be an Ice Cream truck.
7. Opening day for PCJSL should be on November 4th for U-8 thru U-14.
8. St. Francis still needs a Coaches Commisioner and a Picture Chair Person.
9. Next board meeting will be on August 20th.

 
 
 

St. Francis soccer club meetings will be held at the Elks Lodge located at 2532 S. Pantano (At Kenyon
and Pantano Parkway) on the 3rd Sunday of each month at 1:00 PM.   You must enter through the Antler lounge in the southeast corner of the lodge.  Tell the bartender you are there for the St. Francis soccer meeting.  We will  be using the conference room.  Please bring 3 choices of practice times and locations.  Make 2 lists, one for daylight and one for lighted fields.  Also, bring a roster of your team with names and addresses so we can add them to the mailing list.  Send your team information and tournament results to Mike McCann.  His email address is on the first page of this website at the bottom.  See you at the next board meeting.
