TOMLINS, Stan -  1946-47.  40 games,  74 goals.  Full forward.  Early football with local  junior sides, and developed into a top player in Army teams.  Stan played in the 1946 Premiership side, and the 1947 Grand Final side.  He won the Liston Trophy in 1947.  He applied for a clearance to Richmond in 1948, which was refused.  He crossed to Richmond  without a clearance.  He played with Richmond in 1948 (12 games, 23 goals}.  He coached Sandringham's Reserves in 1955.

BURNS, Keith  - 1962-64.  53 games, 142 goals.  Keith originally played for Preston thirds.    He played with Collingwood 1957-61 (26 games, 32 goals).   In 1962 he won the Liston Trophy;  he missed out on playing in the 1962 Premiership side due to injury.  He was Sandringham's captain coach in 1963, and 1964,  and played in the 1963 Grand Final side.    In 1964 he was Sandringham's leading goalkicker with 53 goals, and won the Best and Fairest.   He later captain coached Brunswick in the VFA,  and was a successful coach of Collingwood Under - 19's , and the Northern Knights (later Preston Knights) in the VSFL Under 18 competition..

MACLEOD, Neil  - 1981-86, 1988.  87 games, 167 goals.  {2nds - 1 game, ? goals}.  Played with Fitzroy in 1977 and 1978 (10 games, 7 goals), and St.Kilda in 1980 (4 games, 5  goals).  Leased from St.Kilda late in 1981.  Neil won Sandringham's Best and Fairest in 1984, and the Liston Trophy in 1985.  He represented the VFA against the VAFA in 1984,  and represented the VFA in 1985.  Neil was member of Sandringham's 1985 Premiership side.

RUGOLO, Joe - 1988-94.  102 games, 56 goals.  {2nds - 15 games, 5 goals}.  A product of  Assumption College, Kilmore.  Recruited from Melbourne, where he played from 1985 to 1987 (8 games, 0 goals).  He was equal third in the Liston Trophy in 1990 and 1991.   Joe  won Sandringham's Best and Fairest in 1991.  He won the Liston Trophy in 1992, and won  the Norm Goss Medal for best on ground in the 1992 Premiership win.   The "gentle giant of  the VFA" recorded one of the most popular victories in the VFA's Best and Fairest award.   He played in the 1994 Reseves Premiership side.

CROUGH, Justin  - 1993-98.  92 games, 12 goals.  {2nds - 12 games, 3 goals}.  Ruckman/centre half forward recruited from Hawthorn.  Played in the 1993 Reserves Premiership side. Runner up in the 1994 Liston Trophy.  Played in the 1994 Senior Premiership side.   Justin (1 goal) played in the VFA side which defeated the NSWAFL side at the MCG in 1995.  He played in the 1995 Senior Grand Final side.   Won the 1997 Liston Trophy, and played in the 1997 Premiership side [ he broke his leg in that final]. 1998 Seniors Best & Fairest.
