Siôn on Jack: I’ve decided to start off this little thing on jack with a quote from a band called Dio. I think it fits Jack to the bone, so bear with me “It's a crazy world we live in and I'm leaving it today for another institution we crazy people play.” (Perhaps UCLAN?) So, what is there to say about Jack? It’s all too easy to dismiss him as a loony, but there is much more to Jack than his pure craziness, although, like myself, it is what drives us in life. Jack is in fact a very intelligent person (although I’m sure some will disagree), and a very accomplished bassist, adding to the rhythm section, and also the band with highly influenced funk style playing. Jacks inability to conform to normal society (oh, I said that in such a nice way didn’t I?” also shows itself in the band, and as you can see, Jack has a different sort of influence, which allows the band not too seem as if its just another Metallica cover band, so hats off to the boy. Which leads me onto the next point that requires addressing – his strange fascination with headwear. Jack has one of the strangest hat collections that I know of, ranging from his peepshow topless hat, to his very Sherlock Holmes-esque cap. Very fitting for this mad scientist, don’t you think. But, I think that maybe I’ve gone on for too long so I’m just going to end on this.

“Can you hear me at the back?”

“YEAH!”

“Thank you Jack.”
