Jasc's Paint Shop Pro - I've used Photoshop in the past, but I prefer PSP because it's easy to use and understand. ($$)

Flaming Pear's Super BladePro - an essential plugin for PSP. Lets you make gold and other metallics as well as textures and random weird surfaces. ($$)

Shoestring Picture Dicer - another essential for making themed sets. Chops pictures into smaller pieces and gives you the table code to fit them back together. I use it in my themed sets. Great for nested tables. (free)

Microsoft Frontpage - I use Macromedia Dreamweaver as well, but when I really need to get things done fast, I use Frontpage. ($$)

ACDSee 32 - my preferred picture viewing program. There are lots of free viewers out there, but I've been using ACDSee for years because it's easy to use, gives you lots of options, and lets you convert from one format to another. (free)

ADV Font Manager - loads really slowly, but is a decent way to organize and view fonts. (free)

Jiffyclip Rollover Coder - Okay, so I cheat. I don't write my own rollover codes most of the time. (free)

SmartFTP - since I'm still depending on free webspace providers, this is the best ftp service I've found. It doesn't run out after 30 days and doesn't drive you nuts. (free)
