This section contains free background tiles you can use on your homepage. **Please do not link graphics from your site to mine. Right-click and download the pictures you wish to use, or download the zip files. I can't handle your bandwidth and mine. **You may use these graphics on any personal or non-commercial site. Commercial sites include any site which sells or advertises anything on any of its pages. (Banner ads don't count.) If you'd like to use one on a commercial site, you need to pay a small license fee. Email me if you'd like details. **These sets are freeware. It would be nice if you'd link back to me, but it's not required. Just don't represent them as your own. That includes putting them in other collections or selling them on a CD or otherwise. If you like one so much you want to share it with others, please send them here. I'd love to see what you do with the backgrounds and logos, and you might even win an award if I like your site. Melted Backgrounds - For use behind tables. Choose a coordinating color to fill your table with, and your page will be bright and readable. Download set of 11 by clicking on the link. Download Color Wash Backgrounds Kaleidoscope - These kaleidoscopic backgrounds are also great for page backgrounds behind tables. Download set of 7 by clicking on the link. Download Kaleidoscope Backgrounds Flower Stamp - These flower-like backgrounds look like they've been rubber stamped onto the page. Also good behind tables. Download set of 8 by clicking on the link. Download Flower Stamp Backgrounds Overgrowth - Lately I've been having way too much fun creating graphics with flowers. Themed sets, backgrounds... I found some really nice flower tubes and went overboard. The result is the 100-odd tiled flower backgrounds below. I've split them up into bite-size files. Download each set, roughly 10 files in each, by clicking on the links below. These all work fine as regular page backgrounds with text. Download Overgrowth Set 1 Year 2000 - Remnants from an earlier version of the site. If you can possibly think of a use for them you're welcome to them. A little out of date though, ne? Backgrounds (Set of 8) Pastels - Gentle colors. Download Pastels (Set of 4) Rainbow - Very bright. Good behind tables, but be sure to use a solid color in the table so your text is readable.
