CUSTOMERS
ImageWorks strives to maintain the highest standards and ethics in the work we provide to our clients.  Our methods of doing business, as well as our policies and procedures, are consistent to ensure that no conflict should arise or inequity be created.

We strive to maintain a long lasting business relationship with our clients, and with our Code of Ethics and the ethical practices on the part of ImageWorks and our suppliers, we hope to ensure that relationship.

Emphasis is placed on safety, obedience to the law, honesty, reliability, respect for individual rights, concern for the environment, legal restrictions, government regulations, and fairness to all who have a stake in the final product.

Complaints shall be handled in writing, complete with supporting documentation.  Impartial investigation may be conducted, at ImageWorks' or the suppliers cost, all to reach our objective of completing a client's project as per above.

SUPPLIERS

ImageWorks strives to maintain the highest standards and ethics in the work we provide to our clients, and we require the same from our suppliers.  Our methods of doing business, as well as our policies and procedures, are consistent to ensure that no conflict should arise or inequity be created.

We strive to maintain a long lasting business relationship with our clients and our suppliers, and with our Code of Ethics and the ethical practices on the part of our suppliers  we hope to ensure that relationship.

Suppliers are required to read our Code of Ethics, and to submit a signature indicating that you have both read the Code and understand it.

Emphasis is placed on safety, obedience to the law, honesty, reliability, respect for individual rights, concern for the environment, legal restrictions, government regulations, and fairness to all who have a stake in the final product.

Noncompliance with any of the above may result in non-payment, legal action being taken to redress any wrongs, and failure on the part of ImageWorks to pursue any more business through that supplier.
Determination of noncompliance is at the sole discretion of ImageWorks.
