TreallaichDetails: Kelberoth Strike

Kelberoth Strike is a fearsome assault fueled by the life energy of the martial artist. It is a punch delivered with such force that it hurts both the monk and his target in an explosion of raw power.

Kelberoth Strike bends many rules of physical attack, leading researchers to believe that it is more of a mystical attack than a physical one. Whether you attack from the side, back, or front, Kelberoth Strike does exactly the same damage. Changes in the monk's strength or constitution has no effect on the attacks power, nor do defensive spells on the target such as armachd or dion. The skill level seems to have no effect either. However, due to the difficulty in training this skill, the researcher could not observe a very wide range of skill levels. (A change from skill level 3 to 4 yeilded no change in the damage.)

Aite does reduce the damage of Kelberoth strike by 40%. Elemental interactions (how the attacker's attack element effects the target's defense element) have a minor effect on this attack.

The power of Kelberoth Strike seems to be based directly on the current health of the martial artist, modified slightly by element. When using a strong attack element, Kelberoth strike deals 30% of the monk's current health in damage to the target.

The major drawback of Kelberoth Strike is that it always drains the attacker of 60% of her health.

Kelberoth Strike is gained when a monk learns Kelberoth Form. Martial arts forms are taught in the Suomi warrior trainer. To learn any form, a monk must have 5 in each stat and a teacher who know the form, or must have 10 in each stat to learn alone.
