| AMD K6-2 300: CPUs with Date Code 9834 & 9835 have a defect preventing them from running on 100MHz Bus. Date Code 9838 with Serial Code 26351 printed on Ceramic Plate will be unable to Boot or will Hang Up when running at 100MHz. Only about 30K were produced.

| Intel PII-400MHz made in
Philippines: This CPU wasn't manufactured to Intel's 1ms Reset Signal Spec. It requires 5.4ms. When used with SiS or VIA Chipsets, it is unable to Reset during installation of Windows or may hang after Warm Boots. This CPU will work with Intel and ALi Chipsets because they support 10 & 18ms Reset Signals respectively. Please note this isn't a Mainboard problem!!!! |
