PRONAME CONSULTING INC. LTD For all your chemistry needs Our History: It was fifteen years ago while I worked for a pharmaceutical company that an idea came to me to start my own company. I become aware through my daily job responsibilities, that from time to time the company required services of highly specialized individuals. This observation was further supported by my past experiences with other companies as I recalled the same type of situations. And every day since to the present the observation has received continuous support. These highly specialized individuals are so high tech and specialized that their services to a company are only realized when there is a problem to solve or a company is interested in pursuing a new product or a new technology. For most of the other times these individuals are of little use to a company (it was my observation also that these other times is where a company spends most of its existence and resources). While I worked for the company I observed that unless I was solving a problem or incorporating new technology within the company I felt myself under utilized. At the same time I observed that the company was wasting its resources on me whenever I felt under utilized. And this I also recalled was true with my previous employers. It was at this point that I identified myself as a highly specialized individual. I then began to research ways in which to most efficiently utilize my resources in the way that they would best benefit a company. I came to a conclusion that the best way for a company to most efficiently utilize me was to hire me on temporary on-off bases. The label that best described an individual with this type of work arrangement is a 'consultant'. The rest of the story is history. I started my own company and called it 'Proname consulting Inc. LTD',with a slogan 'for all your chemistry needs'. I identified it as a highly specialized problem solving high tech company in chemistry. Over the years Proname Consulting Inc. LTD has evolved into an expert in all areas of chemistry, working hands-on, on-site and off-site successfully with many industries requiring consultation in chemistry . The industry's products or end-use range from materials, such as synthetic polymers, to coatings, pharmaceuticals, specialty chemicals, construction materials, additives (lubricants, inks, surfactants, etc.), etc. In addition to the on-site and off-site hands-on consulting, the company also provides customized classes for a specific customer's chemistry needs. These include communicating (teaching) the information required for a new project. Recently the company has expanded its product line to include tutorial services in chemistry to all age groups, starting from pre - school , and including post-college levels and continuing education. | |||||||||||||||||
